Feeling a sense of deja-vu, our clients approached us to build a third custom home for them - a French Provincial masterpiece on a sloping low-side block that would stand-out, but also complement the Upper North Shore sophistication.
The custom home was designed with one eye on landscaping to ensure the most practical and cost-effective solution. Featuring flowing sandstone retaining walls and travertine paving, the immaculate landscaping directs you to the feature Entry with extra-high void and intricate wainscoting.
The light-filled home features a clean classic interior with a modern twist, utilising darker tones and stark-white accents to create visual interest.
Generous windows and commercial-grade doors allow sweeping views of the leafy outlook and landscaped backyard featuring a heated pool.
