– 01 Foundation
The most important part of the home for the builder, Binet Homes does not compromise in this area. A 50 year relationship with our reputable Engineers, combined with over 58 years of our own construction experience means we can ensure the foundations of your dream home will stand the test of time.
– 02 Frame & Structure
Binet Homes only uses traditional building methods such as timber frame, brick veneer and full brick construction, over new building systems that promise cost savings but compromise on quality. All external contractors who work on any Binet Home have been carefully trained to deliver exceptional levels of quality and service expected by Peter Binet himself.
– 03 Roof
Every roof of a Binet Home is hand-cut by our carpenters. This allows more complex designs and durable structures that do not sag over time. An important component of our custom designs is how the roof appears from the street, and our ability to create a solution that will look great is a point of difference over other builders.
– 04 Fit-out
It is time to begin finalising the internal selections and placing your signature on your dream home. As a custom home builder, you have complete freedom to choose any internal finishes. Our internal design consultant and dependable trades will work with you to bring your vision to life. People often comment they can see the quality of finishes in a Binet Home, and you’ll be able to see it too.
– 05 Landscaping
The compliance and paperwork related to landscaping is more complex than you think. Binet Homes has the capability to complete your home with a comprehensive pool and landscaping package that is stress-free and ready for you to move straight in. We can also build retaining walls for sloping blocks and outdoor structures for spectacular landscaping designs.
– 06 Handover
Once your home is ready, we will meet you on site to familiarise you with your new home and how to take care of it. It doesn’t end there. We provide a three month maintenance after you’ve settled in to make sure the home is still running up to your expectations.
