Contemporary Sanctuary

Sometimes contemporary homes can look great but fall short of the practicality which characterises a good family home. By working closely with the client, the Binet team was able to create a practical custom home with architectural merit.

The grand rendered façade, flat pitched roof, and wide eaves, shelter the building and achieve a pavilion-like appearance. As you proceed through the home the ceiling line is maintained while the floor level lowers to follow the contour of the land, forming extra high ceilings that enhance light flow. Careful selection of natural timber tones throughout further elevates the warm, family-centric ambiance.

The alfresco and landscaped yard are interconnected to the living areas via tall commercial-grade sliding doors. It was important to accomplish a free-flowing plan, amalgamating the areas where family and friends would spend time together to make memories in their new Forever Home.
