Every design is curated by our in-house architect and design team to deliver the best solution for you. We can build all types of homes from Hamptons, to French Provincial and Modern, and even in Heritage Conservation areas.
– 01 Consultation
The initial consultation is a learning process for both you and us. We will want to get to know about you and your family’s vision of a dream home, your site, and your budget. From there we are able to guide you in the fundamentals of design, and point out any foreseeable obstacles in the design and construction of your new home.
– 02 Concept
The concept phase is where you collaborate with our design team and discuss the details of your new home. During this stage, we will refine layouts, room sizes, and overall feel while always referring
back to the initial vision and budget.
– 03 Documentation
Once the design has been finalised, we will move into a ‘working drawing’ stage. You will meet our interior design consultant to make some selections, while we prepare the documentation for submission. From there, you will receive a comprehensive document that will outline the project cost and an itemised list of inclusions that is all-inclusive to prevent any future surprises.
